Head of Communications

The role

A $1.2bn-valued fintech is hiring its first in-house Head of Communications to architect both corporate and consumer storytelling.

Reporting to the CMO and working closely with the CEO, you'll define narrative, manage tier-one press, and lead executive thought leadership.

Responsibilities

• ·Set the global comms strategy across earned, owned, and exec channels
• ·Manage relationships with WSJ, FT, Bloomberg, and trade press
• ·Lead crisis preparation and reactive media handling
• ·Hire and grow the first comms team

What we're looking for

• ·10+ years in financial or fintech communications
• ·Strong tier-one US business media network
• ·Experience scaling comms at a growth-stage company
• ·Excellent judgement and executive presence
