The role

GrowthEngine is hiring its first VP of Performance to take paid spend from $4M to $15M+ annually while protecting CAC payback.

Responsibilities

·Own paid search, paid social, and ABM strategy and execution
·Set and protect a 12-month CAC and LTV model
·Build and lead a team of 4 specialists
